Job DescriptionThis role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, providing expert care to patients undergoing vascular procedures. You will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, delivering safe post-operative monitoring, managing complex wounds, and supporting rehabilitation.
The 4B Vascular Ward is a highly skilled and supportive team, providing expert care to patients undergoing specialized procedures including aneurysm repairs, bypass grafts, and carotid endarterectomies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Advanced wound management skills, including post-operative care and monitoring.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
- Culturally responsive care and communication skills.
