Senior Solutions Technical Lead

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in partnering with our sales team to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

Your strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to our customers.

In this role, you will also be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our product offerings to prospective customers and facilitating solution discovery sessions.

Additionally, you will assist in writing proposals in response to RFIs/RFPs and share information with the sales and technical teams about our products and the market.

As a key technical resource, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with key customer business and technical advocates and develop customer buying visions.

We are looking for someone with relevant work experience on client-side, consulting-side or with an ISV, as well as a strong understanding of M365 architecture, components, and configuration.

Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of solutions that leverage one or more of the following: M365 Security & Compliance (Purview), SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics and Azure is highly desirable.

You should be confident and enthusiastic about presentation skills and have good business and technical communication skills to lead conversations to align technical value to a customer's business needs.

Able to think strategically using technical knowledge coupled with sales mentality, maintain excellent relationships with channel partners and colleagues.
