Opportunity to Support the Elderly

We are seeking an Aged Care Support Worker to provide companionship and assistance to elderly individuals in their daily lives.

This is a casual role, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing support with activities such as showering, dressing, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to elderly clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as exercise and games

Requirements:

  • Aged care experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with clients
