The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 5% discount on supermarket and liquor purchases, as well as additional benefits like paid parental leave and recognition through our digital platform 'mythanks'.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled baker who can contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment. As a Coles Bakery Production Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Producing high-quality bread and baked goods to meet customer demand
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and targets
  • Taking ownership of your own development and contributing to the growth and success of the bakery team

Key Requirements
