We're seeking a Trade Qualified Baker to join our bakery team at Coles. As a master of the craft, you'll take pride in contributing to an exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging bakery department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of breads, pastries and other sweet treats to the highest standards.
• Ensure all products are prepared and presented in accordance with company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers about our products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

About You and Your Skills:

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
• Extensive Baking Experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting, where you've honed your skills and developed a keen sense of quality and consistency.
• Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously, and you'll be expected to uphold our high standards in this area.
• Customer Obsessed: Our customers are at the heart of what we do, and you'll be expected to delight them with your love for baking.
• Mentorship and Team Support: We're looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
