About the Role

As a Risk Professional, you will play a pivotal role in embedding strong risk practices across our business.

  • You will assist risk owners with identifying, assessing and managing risks.
  • You will support control owners in designing and assessing controls.
  • You will identify and prioritize activities to enhance risk maturity and monitor their delivery against agreed deadlines.
  • You will ensure the accuracy and currency of risk data within our Governance, Risk and Compliance system.
  • You will provide risk advice on business initiatives and delivered risks.
  • You will support the management of incidents, obligations and business continuity through established processes.
  • You will assist with audit and assurance activities, including preparation, response and follow-up actions.
Key Requirements
  • A solid understanding of risk management principles and frameworks.
  • Strong incident management skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting risk data and supporting decision-making through analysis.
  • Skilled in using risk management platforms for accurate risk monitoring and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and self-motivation.
