This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing/Midwifery to join our team and provide high-quality, culturally sensitive nursing/midwifery care to clients across the Northern Territory.
About the RoleThe successful applicant will work under direct and indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) within a defined scope of practice to achieve best patient outcomes. Fixed vacancies are available on a Part-time or casual basis. Selection will be made at the RUSON/M1 or RUSON/M2 level depending on the experience and qualifications of the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality, culturally sensitive nursing/midwifery care to clients across the Northern Territory
- To work under direct and indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) within a defined scope of practice
- To participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Certification in Nursing/Midwifery
- Current registration with relevant health authority
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
