We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Mental Health to join our multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality holistic care for individuals with mental health issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans;
- Applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills in therapeutic relationships with clients, families, groups, and communities;
- Evaluating and improving patient outcomes through effective case management and coordination of care;
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you will require a postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing. Additionally, eligibility to practice as a Designated Mental Health Practitioner under the Northern Territory Mental Health and Related Services Act 1998 is essential.
