You will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address the complex needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech pathology and occupational therapy services to individuals with autism.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that align with client outcomes and NDIS goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and report progress to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in speech pathology or occupational therapy.
- Membership with AHPRA (OTs) or Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or willingness to obtain.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across your local community.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
- Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state you reside in.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate.
- International police clearance may be required.
