Store Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced environment. As a Store Manager at Macpac, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.
- Senior Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the outdoor industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
