Requirements
  • Senior retail experience in a management position, preferably in the outdoor industry.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, provide exceptional customer service, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and basic financial reporting.
