New Graduate Program Occupational Rehab

This is the ideal opportunity to launch your career in the field of occupational rehab. Our New Graduate Program offers a comprehensive training and development program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this rewarding profession.

Our team of experienced professionals are dedicated to providing you with ongoing support and mentorship throughout your graduate year. You will have the opportunity to work on real cases, under the supervision of our senior clinicians, and develop your clinical skills and confidence.

The 12-month program consists of four stages:

  • Onboarding: Welcome pack, online induction, daily support from local peers and allocated mentor, weekly meetings with Team Leader, report writing training and Quality Assurance support.
  • Supervision and Support: Quarterly check-ins, bi-weekly supervision sessions with allocated mentor, case reviews and Quality Assurance support, access to incentive programs.
  • Specialised Training and Development: Access to specific service mentoring to work towards goals, celebration of finalising new graduate year, engagement with other graduates nationally, paid professional development opportunities.
