Retail Store Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Store Leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth through customer service excellence, sales performance, and employee engagement.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience leading teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. They will also have strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales revenue
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to support their career aspirations
- Maintain a safe and efficient store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear industry
- Proven track record in sales performance, customer service, and team leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
