As an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist, you'll deliver interventions to NDIS participants aged 0-8 and their families in Maitland and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time or part-time role (4 days per week), with availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centres.
  • Conduct initial appointments at family homes, utilising assessment and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educators and therapists to develop children's skills.
  • Coach parents through finding suitable schools for their child.
  • Document and bill sessions through our online participant management system.

You'll need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and registration.
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • A valid Australian drivers license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Childrens Check.
  • Availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
