About You

  • 1+ year of successful outbound sales experience, preferably selling to large enterprises.
  • A proven track record in a sales or business development role with meeting or exceeding targets.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to generating new meetings for sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Experience selling HCM, HR software, or Analytics/BI solutions is an asset.
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
  • A collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
  • A growth-minded personality with a good sense of humor.
