About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to lead the delivery of Business Services to our valued Clients. As a Partner Success Manager, you'll work closely with our Partners to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver individual and territory goals through collaboration with the Partner Consulting team.
- Liaise/present with key add-ons to Partners.
- Develop customer programs, processes and best practices including a deployment blueprint and tips for using the product.
- Identify any gaps in knowledge, strategy or buy-in within a firm, and work to close these gaps while ensuring the Partner is aware of the resources available to them.
You will have a solid understanding of the accounting industry and the skills to build strong relationships with our Partners.
