Equipment Management Specialist

Job Title:
">We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to drive effective management of our coffee machines and equipment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the out-of-home sales team to ensure the most suitable machines and equipment are utilised for optimal performance.
This role is based in both our North Sydney office and Kingsgrove roastery, managing a team of five specialists across technical services and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- Managing a team of Service Specialists for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning">
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-effective solutions while maintaining service excellence">
- Collaborating with our out-of-home sales team on equipment strategy and portfolio selection">
- Managing equipment and spare parts inventory
The ideal candidate will have at least seven years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on providing a high level of customer service. Experience working with coffee equipment and collaborating with an out-of-home sales team will be highly regarded.
