Centre Manager Opportunity

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to join our ISPT Retail Property Management Team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operational management, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional operational management of the centre, ensuring compliance with lease provisions and implementing fixed and CPI reviews.
  • Position and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area.
  • Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements.
  • Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance, monitoring of all financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Retail Property Management experience within a shopping centre environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations.
  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach.
  • An open driver's licence and a Real Estate Salesperson's licence.
