A successful Program Finance Business Manager is required to lead financial reporting and deliverables for a program.

  • They will drive positive financial outcomes through effective leadership and implementation of controls.
  • The role involves financial reporting on the program, including project controls, CAM reporting and key performance index monitoring.
  • Working closely with the subcontracts team, they will reconcile open commitments and review monthly journals for accruals.
  • Ensuring weekly timesheet reviews occur, artefacts and folders are maintained, and providing value-added suggestions around process improvements.
  • They will review program performance reports for adequacy and compliance, present financial reporting to customers and internal stakeholders, and review monthly forecasting and closing activities.
  • Providing guidance to the business on accounting policies and procedures and being the financial point of contact for the program.
  • Fiduciary responsibility for accurate P&L and cash flow, supporting execution of contractual requirements and fostering financial acumen in program personnel.
  • Leading and mentoring program personnel with a bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline, CPA or CA qualification and knowledge of cost to cost/percentage complete.
