**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill our Security Officer position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety of people, premises, and assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular site patrols, unlocking and locking access points, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding to incidents in a timely manner. They will also be required to provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, manage contractors and visitors onsite, and work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site patrols
  • Unlock and lock up of access points
  • Monitor and maintain CCTV systems
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies
  • Manage contractors and visitors onsite

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a security-related field
  • A current Queensland Security Licence (Unarmed, Crowd Control & Monitoring)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety and risk management practices
  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service
