Job Title: Communication Clinician

This role is perfect for a highly motivated and skilled Speech Pathologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to clients with varying communication and swallowing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive communication assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized mealtime management plans to support clients' nutritional needs.
  • Provide augmentative and alternative communication solutions to enhance clients' ability to communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant professional body.
  • Proven experience working with clients with complex communication and swallowing needs.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
