Lead a Thriving Early Learning Centre

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Coorparoo Park Street centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement our bespoke learning program, working closely with our global partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
  • Build and lead a talented team of early learning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our centre team to plan for the future, driving revenue growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our centre.

Our Coorparoo Park Street centre is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Requirements
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
