Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer technical enquiries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Collaboration with OEM Partners: Liaise with our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to resolve complex technical queries and provide solutions to customers.
- Internal Liaison: Work closely with internal departments to provide customer responses on vendor availability, new part numbers, and order tracking.
- Order Management: Collaborate with PDC staff to manage order amendments, shipment receipt timelines, and report any issues or customer concerns.
- Knowledge Management: Implement standardized answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and utilize our CRM database to ensure accurate and efficient customer support.
- System Support: Provide assistance in the IDS Inventory and Freight Management Systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service Ethos: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our dealers and branches.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess knowledge or background in heavy duty truck and/or heavy duty engine, with a solid understanding of technical components and systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Apply effective problem-solving techniques to analyze situations and communicate clearly, logically, and positively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Be proficient in using computer operating systems, including IDS, ERA, and CRM.
