Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and forward-thinking individual to lead the development of cutting-edge digital solutions.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with iOS development, including SwiftUI, and a strong background in software engineering practices.

They will be responsible for driving an engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions within agreed timelines, while also facilitating agile scrum practices and ensuring the team's skills are continually developed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Facilitate agile scrum practices and ensure the team's skills are continually developed
  • Ensure the team is developing software quality in-line with expectations
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in software engineering
  • Extensive experience with iOS development and frameworks (e.g. SwiftUI)
  • Strong background in software engineering practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
