Experienced Automotive Technician Wanted

Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to fill a full-time position. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services to valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models using the latest diagnostic equipment and techniques.
- Carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles to the highest standard.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on vehicle condition and required work.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and parts used.
- Mentor and train junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop processes and procedures.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a qualified and highly skilled automotive technician.
- Demonstrated expertise in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide clear and honest advice.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A current driver’s licence and your own tools.
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
