Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

About the Role

The key responsibility of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a small school, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This includes managing school records, general administration, and utilizing information and management systems to support effective reporting and administration. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist the Principal with budget preparation and administer day-to-day financial matters, including accounts payable/receivable, corporate card monitoring, reconciliations, and banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating autonomously to undertake day-to-day office procedures
  • Managing school support staff and their workloads and performance
  • Assisting the Principal with budget preparation and financial management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in school administration and finance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
