We are seeking dedicated and passionate nurses like you to join our team at an Urgent Care Centre. As an Urgent Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering timely and high-quality care to patients who need it most.
Responsibilities include:
- Triaging all patients who present to the Urgent Care Centre
- Conducting comprehensive and accurate nursing triage
- Acting promptly for any triaged patients requiring emergency escalation or due to deterioration
- Performing procedural work such as suturing and plastering
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability for the dynamic Urgent Care environment
- Delivering high-quality, person-centered care in collaboration with patients, families, carers and medical practitioners
- Ensuring patients achieve desired clinical outcomes
- Providing essential health education to patients
- Completing all documentation accurately and promptly
