Lead LLM Research Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our LLM research and engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in machine learning, AI, or a related field, and a proven track record of applying their knowledge to drive business success.
The role requires the ability to design, develop, and implement efficient algorithms for fine-tuning open-source LLMs, as well as contribute to the creation of proprietary AI models that deliver tailored, proactive support.
Main Responsibilities- Research and optimize LLMs using techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA to build robust AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into effective product features that drive business outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and LLM research, and apply new techniques to improve our systems.
- A PhD or Postdoctoral experience in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Deep theoretical and practical understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and training dynamics.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMa, Mistral, DeepSeek).
- Strong computer science fundamentals and coding proficiency in Python.
- Solid experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
