Manufacturing and Production Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fill the role of Manufacturing and Production Team Member.

  • Assist in the manufacture and production of high-quality fiberglass swimming pools from start to finish.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Area Supervisor or Coordinator.

About You:

  • Reliable, committed and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning and growing with our business.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fibreglass or manufacturing not necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • Forklift and crane licenses, as well as a driver's license, desirable.

Working Hours:

  • 10-hour shifts and 8-hour shifts available.
  • Overtime may be required.
