We are seeking an experienced Event Services Floor Manager to join our dynamic team at The Star Gold Coast. As an Event Services Floor Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, from setup to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue setup and logistics
  • Manage a team of event staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including WHS and RSA
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in a Food and Beverage setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs and software
  • Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
