As a key player in driving growth and excellence for our business customers, you will be responsible for undertaking financial modelling and analysis to support the success of our regional communities. Working collaboratively with Agribusiness Executives, you will be instrumental in identifying risks and opportunities.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our high-performing team, where you will engage with diverse clients across the Agribusiness sector. You will work closely with executives to understand client needs and formulate client strategy, as well as provide research and analysis of portfolios in conjunction with market data and group product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Agri or commercial banking, strong research and analytical skills incorporating financial modelling and credit analysis, and a passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions-focused thinking.

A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or related discipline would be highly regarded. If you are customer centric, analytic and share a passion for innovation, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with Agribusiness Executives to understand client needs and formulate client strategy;
  • Proactively recommend ideas and solutions to assist in managing client relationships;
  • Provide research and analysis of portfolio in conjunction with market data and group product offerings;
  • Prepare concise and well-reasoned credit reports and correspondence;
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of client needs and how we can assist them to meet their long-term business goals.

**Requirements:

  • Experience within Agri or commercial banking;
  • Strong research and analytical skills incorporating financial modelling and credit analysis;
  • A passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions-focused thinking;
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or related discipline would be highly regarded.
