Thrive Kids are seeking an experienced Out of School Hours (OOSH) Coordinator to support parents and children in their education outside of regular school hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Support OOSH Educators in providing high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement educational programs, guiding educators in planning and reflection.
- Manage daily program operations, including administration, venue maintenance, and promoting the service locally.
- Diploma in Childcare Studies or equivalent, with approved First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications.
- Proven experience working in an OOSH service.
- Strong understanding of relevant Acts and Regulations.
- Consent to act as Nominated Supervisor and proficiency in computer systems.
