Job Title: Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator

The successful candidate will be a passionate educator who is a committed Christian, actively involved in their local church.

This role requires a unique blend of educational and childcare expertise, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of our OSHC service, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for students.
  • Develop and implement learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Roster, mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators.
  • Foster positive relationships with staff, students, and parents through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Split shifts during school terms and block shifts during vacation care and pupil-free days are required.

About You:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field.
  • Leadership experience in OSHC, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative approach, with a willingness to work closely with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
