Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to fill this role in Sydney.

  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to client queries related to day-to-day issues.
  • Participate in local client visits, regulatory meetings, and industry projects.
  • Perform daily and monthly client money reconciliations for futures and exchange traded options.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client breaks or issues.
  • Respond to audit requests and facilitate client audit requests.
  • Act as the point of contact between clients and technical support teams.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, reduce risks, and strengthen controls.
  • Commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in client services within the financial sector.
  • Strong passion for dealing with clients, numerical skills, and knowledge of ETD and PB products.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Comfortable working with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to improve processes, reduce risks, or increase customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
