Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at City Chic Collective. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building customer loyalty, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise Sales Growth: Provide exceptional customer service, build customer loyalty, and lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead and Motivate Your Team: Coach, mentor, and train your team to achieve their full potential.
- Manage Store Operations: Implement visual merchandising standards, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Retail Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
