Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement engineering strategies that drive operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
  2. Oversee the development and implementation of our manufacturing line, including mechanical, software, and mechatronics engineering components.

  4. Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Technician Leaders responsible for the development and maintenance of our manufacturing line.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Equipment Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 15 years of experience with a focus on Hardware engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
  3. Leadership experience in start-ups and large multinationals, good business acumen, MBA degree.
  4. Proven track record of delivering innovation within the product development field.
  5. Strong knowledge of design mechanical, software, and mechatronics engineering principles, standards, and compliance.
  6. Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional collaboration efforts.
  7. Certified PMP and excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Familiar with agile project management methodologies.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
