Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects end-to-end across consultation, design, and delivery phases
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships
  • Oversee energy efficiency and HV projects, from audits and compliance to solution deployment
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and efficiently
  • Drive innovation and efficiency, constantly challenging 'business as usual'

Requirements:

  • Experience managing electrical projects, ideally in energy efficiency or HV environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of electrical systems, power quality, and compliance standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects
  • A solutions-driven mindset – seeing opportunities where others see problems
