We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children
  • Provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team
  • Adapt to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting
Requirements:
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years
  • Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service
  • Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families, and individual children's needs
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development
