
Finance Administrator Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked within a finance department, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices and check requests.
- Sort, code and match invoices & set up for payment.
- Enter and upload invoices into the system.
- Accounting Tasks:
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Prepare cheque runs.
- Reconciliation and Analysis:
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Prepare analysis of accounts.
- Vendor Management:
- Maintain vendor files.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Reporting Support:
- Produce monthly reports.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Requirements:
- Assertive yet tactful communication skills.
- Pleasant telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and strong organisational skills.
- High degree accuracy.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Competent excel skills.
- Understand basic general ledgers and journals.
- A general understanding of administration duties.
- Willingness to work as a team player.
