Food & Beverage Service Provider

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Service Provider to join our hospitality team. As a friendly and supportive member, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals and service to our residents.

As a great communicator with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents while providing a happy social environment.

  • You will provide a high level of customer service to restaurant guests throughout lunch or dinner service.
  • Assist in the daily preparation and cooking of meals in the kitchen.
  • Complete setup and pack-up of all restaurant service events.
  • Follow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices (including general cleaning and washing up).
  • Be a friendly face to all residents.
  • Assist with working at our neighboring villages if needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a friendly and warm persona with a passion for building relationships and chatting with residents.

Experience in a fast-paced hospitality, kitchen, restaurant, or customer service environment is highly regarded. You will also require a current Police check and minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, including 25% casual loading + relevant award entitlements, including penalty rates, overtime, and allowances + superannuation.
