Key Responsibilities:- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and providing tailored support to residents
- Leading and mentoring the nursing team to drive improvements in patient care and outcomes
- Engaging with residents, family members, doctors, and health professionals to ensure holistic care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and record-keeping
- Bachelor of Nursing and registration with AHPRA
- Experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Aged Care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with natural leadership abilities
- Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willingness to obtain)
