Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with residents, family members, doctors, and health professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and record-keeping
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Nursing and registration with AHPRA
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Aged Care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with natural leadership abilities
  • Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering high-quality patient care
  • NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willingness to obtain)
