System Administration Professional

A key role in our IT infrastructure team, you will leverage your technical expertise to improve operational efficiencies with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance trends, creating reports, providing analytical value creation initiatives, and ensuring risks and issues related to critical services are recorded, tracked, and escalated as necessary.

  • Networking Fundamentals: Strong understanding of IP networking, DNS, Active Directory, and SSL certificates.
  • Database Management: Experience working with databases, SQL queries, backup & recovery strategies.
  • Traffic Analysis: Ability to analyze traffic for common services such as DNS, FTP, email etc.
  • Monitoring Tools: Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Server Management: Experience of Java Application Server management.
  • Security Focus: Security focused mind-set to enforce security standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Specific technologies used include AWS, Terraform, VMware, Windows Server, Linux Server, firewalls, physical servers, and switches.
  • Information Security: Experience and understanding of information security issues and industry standards such as SSAE16 and ISO 27001.
