We are seeking a skilled Professional to provide expert support in career guidance and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology and be registered with relevant professional bodies.

The successful applicant will possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and be passionate about helping individuals navigate complex career changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assessments and guidance to clients navigating career transitions.
  • Conduct needs analyses to guide clients toward their new career goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop programs to assist injured employees return to the workforce.
  • Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on workplace health initiatives.
