About our Guest Experience Officer role:

We are excited to be hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals to work weekends in a high-energy environment.

This role spans across both reception and café, and includes:

  • Welcoming members and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Selling memberships and handling general enquiries
  • Making barista-style coffees and providing café service
  • Supporting the overall guest experience with a proactive and positive attitude

We're looking for individuals who are energetic and confident in fast-paced settings, passionate about customer service and community engagement, and comfortable multitasking across different areas of the centre.

To achieve set sales targets on a daily basis, provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone, provide relevant and accurate information, and conduct tours of the centre/facility to turn prospective members into ongoing subscriptions.

Key skills include strong communication skills, ability to build rapport and positive relationships with people, tech savviness, and interpersonal skills.

About you:

You have experience in working in a team to achieve collective and individual targets. You possess strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport and positive relationships with people, and a flair for positively influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes.

Additionally, you have strong sales knowledge and understanding of sales-related performance KPIs, as well as a current First Aid Certificate, CPR, and Working with Children Check.
