We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Overview

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work closely with our internal teams to deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within our processes.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers, always providing exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for positive resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the team's processes and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team members and ensure prompt and accurate responses.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting healthy competition and cooperation.
  • Assist with additional tasks and duties as required and requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different individuals.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively.

Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in dealing with challenging customer situations.
