Job SummaryThis full-time role is based in our Mount Waverley Head Office and requires a highly experienced Revit specialist to enhance the capability of Revit technicians in the National BIM team.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of Revit experience, preferably within the volume home building industry, and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing automations that optimize speed and accuracy across all drafting units.
Main Responsibilities- Support Revit technicians in providing technical support and guidance, as well as conducting training sessions and mentorship programs.
- Create and maintain dynamo scripts to streamline BIM processes.
- Design, develop, and implement additional automation systems and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with BOQ / Supply Chain / Price file and wider product development teams to ensure consistency throughout library research and development.
- Experiment with innovative BIM technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) to explore their integration into BIM workflows and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- 5+ years of Revit experience, preferably within the volume home building industry.
- Superior/highly developed skills and experience with Revit and/or BIM systems.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process.
- Experience with Dynamo and/or C#/Python programming languages.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a team-orientated environment.
