We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our organization.
- Become an expert in the NDIS ecosystem, building and deepening relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, Service Providers, medical professionals, and government contacts to grow Plan Management referrals.
- Develop and execute a state acquisition strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Utilize data insights to identify growth regions and activate local strategies, such as using heat maps to inform decision-making.
- Represent the organization at networking events and forums, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver on growth objectives.
This role requires a strong background in B2B sales and partnerships, with 5-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, with expertise in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
