About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Product Communications Manager to join our Platform Engagement team within the Wealth Division of our Banking and Financial Services Group. As a Product Communications Manager, you will be responsible for drafting or editing compliance-led correspondence, product updates, change management communications, website content, Help Centre articles for financial advisers, non-advised and advised clients, as well as internal FAQs to support business readiness.

  • Drafting or editing compliance-led correspondence, product updates, change management communications, website content, Help Centre articles for financial advisers, non-advised and advised clients, as well as internal FAQs to support business readiness;">
  • Coordinating stakeholder review and managing the internal approvals, ensuring communications comply with legal, risk and other internal and external regulations and policies;">
  • Oversseeing the extraction of data for communications, running them through the internal data tool to ensure production-readiness and performing a final quality check on the data output and copy;">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">
  • ">
  • 5 years' experience in product communications within financial services, including a solid understanding of the wealth management regulatory and legislative landscape;">
  • Passion for writing and editing, with an ability to translate complex content into simple language whilst retaining brand and tone;">
  • Solid version control management, record keeping skills and attention to detail;">
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities;">
  • Experience overseeing the production of emails and letters to tight deadlines;">
  • Desire to look for ways to work smarter, improve the customer experience, reduce cost and minimise risk;">
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels;">
