Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to support our parts department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal teams and customers over the counter and on the phone.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the parts team in serving workshop, retail, and trade customers.
- Sourcing and supplying parts to workshop technicians.
- Processing orders, invoices, and payments for parts.
- Addressing customer inquiries over the phone and in person.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
- Supporting stocktakes and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a parts or dealership environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A professional attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Basic technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
- Good telephone manner and ability to work independently.
- Valid Victorian driver's licence.
