Job Overview

As a skilled automotive professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include interpreting, quoting, and selling parts to customers while maximizing gross profit and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will provide technical and product information to customers, manage stock control and inventory efficiently, and collaborate with other departments to optimize sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting and analyzing customer requirements to provide accurate quotes and drive sales revenue.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Providing expert knowledge on automotive parts and manufacturers to support customer purchasing decisions.
  • Managing stock levels and inventory to minimize waste and ensure optimal availability of products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail parts department environment with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A solid understanding of automotive parts and manufacturers with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
